Alex in Wonderland - Thinking on the Wonderland exhibition
On Saturday, the 28th of July I had the pleasure of being able to take a trip into wonderland. I'm of course referring to the fresh new ACMI exhibition featuring an array of Alice in Wonderland artefacts and memorabilia from the many adaptations of the book by Lewis Carroll.
I found the whole exhibition to be very enchanting. Something about the subject matter, just seems to make one feel the urge to imagine their wonderland. What might it look like? What might they learn there and so on.
To be quite honest I found the exhibition very enchanting and was very disappointed when I learned I had reached the end of the exhibition having found myself in the gift shop. I did purchase a copy of the exhibition book though it oddly barely refers to items in the exhibition which sucks. I was hoping they might have some kind of exhibition catalogue so i could fond better images of some of the artwork they had on display.
